What You’ll Do:

• Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline

• Lead job intake meetings, craft compelling job descriptions, and drive effective sourcing campaigns

• Use data and insights to improve recruiting processes and enhance talent acquisition outcomes

• Contribute to employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives

• Coach and support hiring managers through interviewing and selection best practices

• Assist in onboarding strategy to ensure a smooth transition for new hires

• Support broader HR projects, including employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning

• Stay current on industry trends and labor market shifts to inform recruitment strategies

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a generalist HR role

• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic environment

• Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams

• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and HR software

• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making

• Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• Prior experience recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search

• SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus
