We’re seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner (or HR Business Partner) to join our growing Human Resources team. This mid-level role is ideal for someone who brings both strategic insight and hands-on recruiting expertise, along with a passion for finding and retaining top talent. You’ll play a key role in building strong teams and contributing to broader people strategies that align with our business goals.

Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies
Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple departments and roles, ensuring a strong candidate pipeline
Lead job intake meetings, craft compelling job descriptions, and drive effective sourcing campaigns
Use data and insights to improve recruiting processes and enhance talent acquisition outcomes
Contribute to employer branding efforts and candidate experience initiatives
Coach and support hiring managers through interviewing and selection best practices
Assist in onboarding strategy to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
Support broader HR projects, including employee engagement, talent development, and workforce planning
Stay current on industry trends and labor market shifts to inform recruitment strategies
3–6 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a generalist HR role
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a dynamic environment
Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing platforms, and HR software
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making
Understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Prior experience recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, or executive search
SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar HR certification a plus
