Job Title: Shipping Clerk (Bilingual – English/Spanish)Location: Vineland, NJSchedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Some Saturdays as needed)Pay Rate: $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)
We’re seeking a bilingual Shipping Clerk to join a fast-growing repacking facility. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the company. This position is responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, maintaining accurate records, and communicating effectively with drivers and internal teams.
Communicate with drivers and carriers for inbound and outbound shipments.
Create and maintain shipping and receiving documentation.
Update records and reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
Verify shipment accuracy and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Coordinate with warehouse and production teams to meet shipping schedules.
Support inventory tracking and reconciliation as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) – required.
Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse office experience preferred.
Basic proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to grow within a growing company and take on new responsibilities.
