A Springfield HVAC and Plumbing company is searching for a Receptionist/ Front Desk who will have core responsibilities in a diverse range of administrative support needs.

 

The Front Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones, scheduling service calls, and dispatching service technicians. The position also processes accounts receivable for the Service department and performs various other administrative tasks. While providing exceptional customer service, the Front Office Assistant is responsible for answering inquiries and providing information to the public, customers, employees, vendors, suppliers, visitors, and other interested parties.

What we look for:

• • A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
  • Prior experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.
  • Prior bookkeeping and/or administrative experience is preferred.
  • Previous experience utilizing QuickBooks is beneficial.
  • The ability to successfully pass a criminal background check is required.

Evaluation Hire

$20.00/hour

7:30 am-4:30 pm
