Job Title: Pharmacy Technician
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Location:  Owensboro, KY  
Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:00 with a rotating Saturday 9:00 until 1:00 DAYS

About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining accurate records, filing and answering phones, while ensuring the highest level of customer service.  

Responsibilities:

• Assist in filling prescriptions accurately and efficiently

• Maintain patient records and manage prescription files

• Handle inventory and restock medication shelves

• Operate the pharmacy register and handle customer transactions

• Communicate with patients and healthcare professionals in a courteous, professional manner

• Comply with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and company policies

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred (will train the right candidate)

• Current pharmacy technician certification or willingness to obtain one

• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment

Pay & Benefits:

• $15.00 per hour
