 Lease Approvals

• Requested by Sales Rep
• Enter on Leasing company portals or send email request
• Co-terms – request addendum and rate
• Leasing company will send an approval, forward to rep. special rates – send 10% bump on rate

Upgrade/Buyout Figures

• Sales Rep Request
• Check portal or email request
• Email to reps

MUST include the following

• Checklist – signed by manager
• Detail Sheet, all info filled in, email required
• Price Sheets/Configuration sheet
• Maintenance Agreement – forward for approve, make sure it is signed
• Lease Approval – same legal name as the Lease Agreement
• Lease Agreement – legal name must match the approval; all fields need to be filled in
• Sales/Lease Order Agreement – Signed
• Purchase Order (required) – signed and match the Sales Order
• Removal Form – filled out and signed
• Buyout info – Copy of lease/invoice
• Equipment Removal Authorization – required if we are sending a check to the customer
• OOT – signed by servicing dealer
• Credit App/PG – signed if required with approval
• Commission Sheet
• IT Survey
• W9 – required with lead fee
• FDS – CPC lease
• Doc fee – if waives note on Sales Order and Lease
• Deferred payments – request rate
• Commission check

Lease returns

• confirm what has come back from each delivery
• process return instructions for return from link
• print label and tag the machine in the warehouse, include instructions
• send to Juanita to schedule for return
• once complete provide POD to Sales Rep/Teresa
