Position Overview:
As a Safety Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. Your work will directly support the company’s mission by promoting a proactive safety culture and protecting employees.

 

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $31.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards, and lead investigations into workplace incidents.
• Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting in line with OSHA and company protocols.
• Coordinate and deliver employee safety training, including onboarding and ongoing safety programs.
• Manage safe handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and other hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of safety experience in a construction or manufacturing environment.
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour training or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation required.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and safety best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence safe work practices across departments.
