Assembly/Production Line Worker

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate to join a local company in Tyler, TX! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas who have openings they are looking to fill with great talent we find for them!

Key Responsibilities

• Build shipping boxes for rose packaging and delivery.
• Pack roses carefully to ensure quality and protection during transit.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual labor as required.
• Follow all safety and warehouse procedures.

Work Environment

• The warehouse can be cool, so we recommend wearing a sweater and jacket.
• The floor can be wet and muddy, so boots or heavy-duty tennis shoes are strongly recommended.
• You will primarily work in a mostly dry area while building boxes and packing roses.
• Heavy lifting is required.
• Company will provide gloves, safety glasses, waterproof jackets, and other PPE as needed.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry heavy boxes.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for long periods.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Prior warehouse or packaging experience is preferred but not required.
• Bilingual preferred
