Outside Sales Representative – Fort Myers, FL

Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (some overnight travel required)

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturer in the construction materials industry. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering growth potential and an established client base across Florida.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Meet with customers in person to promote and sell company products.

• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

• Negotiate pricing, service tiers, and contract terms.

• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.

• Deliver product samples, catalogs, and marketing materials.

• Maintain customer records and sales activity within a CRM system.

• Partner with sales leadership to provide market and competitor insights.

• Manage an assigned sales territory and assist with showroom operations when needed.

• Continue professional development through product and industry training.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction, building materials, or related industry preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Comfortable with some overnight travel.

• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
