Welder / Fabricator - $25/hr to $32/hr
Monday to Friday; 6am to 2:30pm

We are seeking experienced Welder/Fabricators to join a high production manufacturing environment supporting large scale industrial equipment. This role is ideal for skilled welders who are comfortable working with heavy materials, reading blueprints, and producing high quality welds in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment
• Fabricate and assemble metal components using welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools
• MIG welding (approximately 90% spray arc, 10% short arc)
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Level, square, and tack parts into place accurately
• Perform rigging and hoisting using overhead cranes
• Repair and maintain metal equipment and structures
• Troubleshoot and rewire welding machines as needed

Physical & Work Requirements

• Lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs safely
• Handle welding wire rolls weighing up to 40 lbs
• Stand for up to 12 hours per shift
• Climb on and around equipment to fit or weld parts, sometimes one-handed
• Maintain a strong focus on safety in a high-production environment

Qualifications

• Prior MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
• Demonstrates precision, thoroughness, and accountability
