Salary: $17.00-18.00/hr

Express Employment Professionals is preparing to hire for a Shipping and Receiving/Quality Control position with a great company located in the Manatee County, FL area.

Duties Include:
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Compare shipment contents with purchase orders and packing slips.
- Prepare items for shipping, including labeling, packaging, and documenting.
- Coordinate and communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams regarding deliveries and pickups.
- Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Update shipping logs, databases, and related paperwork.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
- Prior experience shipping through FedEx, UPS is required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and stand for long periods.
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving or a warehouse environment is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
