Medical Front Desk – Customer Service
Location: Columbus, NC
Pay: $18.00–$18.50/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

 

A large, patient-focused medical practice in Columbs is seeking an experienced and professional Medical Front Desk Clerk to join their dedicated team.

 

What You’ll Do:

Greet and assist patients with check-in and check-out

Verify insurance coverage and process necessary documentation

Schedule patient appointments and manage provider calendars

Deliver outstanding lobby and front desk customer service

Supporting Internal Billing team

 

What We’re Looking For:

Previous medical front desk experience required

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly

Stable work history and proven reliability

Excellent communication, professionalism, and compassion for patients
