Job Title: Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Union, NJPay: $21.00 per hour
A manufacturing and distribution company in Union, NJ is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to support daily operations. The CSR will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing timely, professional support to ensure a positive customer experience.
Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a courteous and professional manner
Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers
Work with internal teams (sales, warehouse, logistics) to ensure timely order fulfillment
Resolve customer issues and complaints quickly and effectively
Maintain accurate customer records in company systems
Assist with other administrative or office support tasks as needed
1–2 years of customer service or office support experience, preferably in a manufacturing, distribution, or related environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office; ERP/CRM system knowledge a plus)
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting
Team player with a customer-first mindset
Full-time, Monday through Friday during standard business hours
