Job Title: Scheduler – Electrical Projects
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduler to assist in planning and coordinating electrical project schedules and work packages in alignment with client requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent scheduling software and be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and maintaining the electrical project schedule.
Coordinate and schedule work packages to align with the client’s overall project timeline.
Utilize Primavera P6 (or equivalent) to update, monitor, and report project progress.
Use Excel and other tools to track schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure schedules are accurate and achievable.
Identify potential scheduling conflicts and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
Training and experience with Primavera P6 or equivalent project scheduling software required.
Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with project teams and clients.
Experience in electrical project scheduling preferred.
Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–FridayCompensation: $40.00–$45.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
