Salary: $30-$35/hr.

Job Title: BIM (Building Information Modeling) Technician – Electrical

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled BIM Technician to assist in electrical design and the preparation of work packages for clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience using BIM software to develop accurate electrical models, drawings, and documentation in coordination with the design and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with electrical design modeling and documentation within BIM platforms.

• Prepare and organize work packages for client delivery.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and consistency in project drawings.

• Review and coordinate electrical models with other disciplines to identify and resolve conflicts.

• Maintain and update project files in compliance with company and client standards.

• Generate and manage construction and design documents using Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam is required.

• Strong understanding of electrical systems and design documentation.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.

• Previous experience in a BIM or CAD-related electrical design role preferred.

Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $30.00–$35.00 per hour, DOE (Depending on Experience)
