Temporary Cook – Franklin, MADates: January 27–31Schedule: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (8 hours/day)Pay: $21.60/hour
Our client is seeking a reliable and experienced Cook to support food service operations in a school setting on a temporary, part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about food, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, grill, and present a variety of hot and cold food items
Cook and plate meals while maintaining quality and presentation standards
Prepare food for multiple meal periods, including Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events
Keep workstations clean, stocked, and organized at all times
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
Support kitchen operations and contribute positively to the team
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a Cook or Line Cook in a similar setting
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and standard cooking techniques
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to perform well under pressure
