Pay: $22.25/hour

Schedule:

• Part-Time: Wednesday-Saturday, 5:30 PM-11:30 PM
• Full-Time: Friday-Sunday, 11:30 AM-7:45 PM; Monday, 12:00 PM-8:15 PM

Our client is looking for dependable and experienced Grill Cooks to support food service operations in a school setting. Both positions require hands-on experience with a flat top grill and fryer, along with the ability to read and speak basic English to accurately use the kitchen ticket system.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and plate food using a flat top grill and fryer
• Read and accurately follow printed and mobile order tickets
• Ensure proper portioning, quality, and presentation
• Assist with food preparation and overall kitchen operations
• Keep the grill station clean, organized, and stocked
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
• Work efficiently and collaboratively in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Qualifications

• Previous Grill Cook or Line Cook experience in a high-volume kitchen
• Hands-on experience operating a flat top grill and fryer
• Ability to read and speak basic English to use the ticket system
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
