Patient Engagement Specialist (Weight Loss & Hormone Therapy Clinic)

• Locations: Lady Lake & Ocala, FL
• Pay Rate: $20–$24/hr (based on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Travel: Must be willing to commute between Ocala and Lady Lake clinics
• Start Date: January 2026 will start interviewing

About the Role

A respected medical center specializing in weight loss and hormone therapy is seeking a Patient Engagement Specialist to join their compassionate and collaborative team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a supportive environment, values meaningful patient interactions, and is motivated by helping others feel hopeful and heard.

This is not a cold‑calling or commission‑based sales role. You’ll spend most of your day on the phone connecting with warm leads—individuals who have already expressed interest by completing a survey on our website. Your job is to understand their needs and guide them through our services with empathy and professionalism.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Contact warm leads via phone/text to discuss health goals and explain services
• Conduct consultative conversations (30–90 minutes), including sensitive topics related to sexual health
• Schedule appointments and ensure patients feel supported throughout the process
• Assist at the front counter when patients arrive for scheduled visits
• Enter and manage patient data across multiple internal systems
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless patient care and follow‑up
