What You’ll Do​

• Weld stainless steel components (TIG & MIG) with accuracy and consistency
• Read and interpret construction drawings, welding symbols, and job specs
• Work on-site at active construction and industrial locations
• Collaborate with a close-knit crew that values quality and respect
• Travel to project sites across New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area

What We’re Looking For​

• 5–10 years of proven experience in stainless steel welding (TIG & MIG preferred)
• Strong background in construction environments and fieldwork
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specs independently
• Commitment to safety, reliability, and professional conduct
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed
