General Laborer - Production and Manufacturing

Salary: $18.50/hr

Express Employment Professionals is hiring multiple Manufacturing & Production General Laborers for a leading factory in Seward, NE. This is a hands-on, full-time overnight opportunity in the client's refurbishing department, where you'll help repurpose and restore industrial equipment for future use.

Pay & Schedule:

• 3rd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Pay: Up to $18.50/hr
• Weekly Pay: Get paid every Friday!

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, prep, and refurbish industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs
• Support welding, machining, and assembly production teams
• Operate forklifts and other machinery safely
• Maintain accurate documentation of completed work
• Keep work areas clean and compliant with safety standards
• Perform other general labor duties as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in manufacturing, machine operation, welding, or assembly is a plus!
• Forklift operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
