Salary: $23.00 - $24.00 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll support multiple areas of the manufacturing and warehouse operation. You'll help keep production running smoothly by assisting with machine operations, material handling, shipping activities, and recycling processes throughout the facility.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor baler equipment that compresses paper and cardboard scraps into compact bales
• Load and transport finished bales using overhead lifting equipment for storage or shipment
• Assist production teams with manufacturing bags, boxes, and other paper packaging products
• Support shipping and receiving operations by moving and organizing materials throughout the warehouse
• Help maintain inventory and warehouse organization
• Learn and assist with various production machines and manufacturing processes
• Follow all safety procedures while maintaining a clean and efficient work environment
