Medical Front Desk Receptionist – $19–$22/hr

Schedule: 3 rotating 12-hour shifts per week, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Pay: $19-$22/hr

Overview:

We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join an orthopedic urgent care team in Beaverton! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong computer skills and a positive attitude who enjoys helping people. You'll be the first point of contact for patients coming in for sprains, broken bones, sports injuries, swelling, and other orthopedic needs.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and assist with check-in for walk-ins and scheduled appointments.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Enter patient names and information into the computer system.
• Verify patient information for accuracy.
• Notify the back office when patients arrive.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming front desk.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service to patients.
