🔧 What You’ll Do

• Apply powder coat paint to metal parts and components

• Prepare, hang, inspect, and prep parts before coating

• Safely operate spray guns, ovens, and coating equipment

• Maintain consistent quality and meet daily production goals

• Perform touch-ups and keep equipment/work area clean and organized

✔️ Skills & Qualifications

• Powder coating or painting experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently

• Comfortable with standing, bending, and reaching throughout shift

• Strong attention to detail & quality standards

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Solid, consistent work history
