Express is seeking a Marketing Director for a company in Greensburg, PA!

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Director to lead brand messaging and outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will have a background in public relations or copywriting, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for engineers, buyers, and decision-makers in the industry. This role will shape marketing strategy, drive campaigns, and support business growth.

Shift:

Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Duties of the Marketing Director:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with company goals and brand vision
  • Ensure consistent messaging across platforms and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research to track trends and inform campaigns
  • Create technical and product-focused content such as case studies, blogs, white papers, and sales collateral
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with priorities
  • Coordinate with third-party agencies on SEO, PPC campaigns, and digital marketing efforts
  • Plan and attend trade shows and industry events as needed
  • Support leadership with special projects and business development initiatives
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications of the Marketing Director:

• High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred)
  • Strong background in public relations, copywriting, or content creation
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, branding, and messaging for technical audiences
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a collaborative attitude
  • Ability to travel occasionally for trade shows and events
