📍 Location: Jacksonville, NC
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
🕒 Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift (6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, 10pm to 6am) Monday through Friday, some weekends for overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assembly line equipment to build automotive components according to production standards.

• Assemble parts and components accurately and efficiently while maintaining product quality.

• Perform visual inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with specifications.

• Package finished products and prepare them for shipment.

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area.

• Meet daily production goals and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production is a plus but not required — training will be provided.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Strong attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to follow instructions.

• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic are essential.
