We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Clerk. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others and is comfortable working with data and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding services, billing, and account details
  • Enter and update customer data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical records
  • Assist with preparing reports and tracking service metrics
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and improve processes 

Skills Required

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Excel and Word
