Repair Technician

Located in Acton, MA

Salary: $22-$23/hr

We are actively recruiting for a Repair Technician for our client, a manufacturing company in Acton, MA. The primary responsibilities of this position are to perform and document repairs on electro-mechanical consumer products while providing technical troubleshooting support to internal teams.

 

Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs on electromechanical consumer products
• Maintain a database of repairs performed, parts used and time spent on repairs.
• Maintain and revise written service procedures.
• Provide hands-on training and support for technicians in different regions.
• Work closely with Customer Support and Technical Support to diagnose problems.
• Maintain an orderly and clean workspace

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• At least 2 years of previous electro-mechanical assembly, testing, troubleshooting or repair experience required
• Knowledge of mechanical systems and electrical wiring principles preferred
• Proficiency in data collection and data entry into Microsoft Excel

This is a full-time position with great growth opportunities. The hours are M-F 7AM-3:30PM with some flexibility available. The pay is $22-$23/hr depending on experience.
