About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistic Shipping Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage daily shipping operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while coordinating with both internal teams and external carriers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize purchase orders to be fulfilled by the shipping department.
• Assign orders to shipping personnel for fulfillment.
• Quote freight costs and negotiate rates with outside 3PL trucking companies.
• Schedule pickups, deliveries, and return orders.
• Verify order accuracy and completeness before shipment.
• Process and voucher freight invoices.
• Prepare and ship small FedEx packages.
• Provide general office administrative assistance as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook required).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work closely with shipping staff, plant management, and office management.
• Previous experience in logistics, shipping coordination, or supply chain preferred.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
