We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator in Coquitlam. This role is due to a retirement of their Office Administrator of 20 years. The job share allows them to slowly and accurately train a new Office Administrator to cover all aspects of this pertinent role.
This role will start out as a Part-Time Job Share 3 days a week (Wednesday, Thursdays & Fridays) for 3-6 months. By 1 year, the role would transition to a Full-Time Permanent role for the right candidate! All candidates must be flexible to this transitional period based on the company's timeline.
Candidates with Office Managerial/Administrator experience with Full-Cycle Bookkeeping & Payroll would be strongly considered.
