Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain production equipment and machinery.
• Perform assembly, packaging, and material handling tasks as assigned.
• Inspect products for quality assurance and ensure all items meet production standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to company policies, including safety guidelines and attendance expectations.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Strong work ethic and punctuality.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
