Location: Horseheads, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Coiling Operator to join a small, close-knit 3rd shift production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in consistent attendance, quality work, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor coiling machines to produce precision coils according to specifications

• Measure, inspect, and verify product quality throughout the production process

• Load and unload wire or material into machinery safely and efficiently

• Perform basic machine adjustments and report maintenance needs to supervisors

• Package and label finished products accurately

• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety procedures

• Support team goals by maintaining excellent attendance and reliability

Qualifications:

• Prior manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Dependable and punctual – consistent attendance is a must for this small shift team

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Basic math and measurement skills
