Salary: $1,260/week

We are seeking Machine Operators for a growing plastics manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. The Machine Operator will set up, run, and monitor equipment used to mix, dry, and process materials.

 

Responsibilities:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machines

• Measure and record process data

   

• Load raw materials, assist with mixing and drying, and prepare materials for shipment

• Perform visual quality checks and basic troubleshooting when issues arise.

• Follow written procedures and safety standards to ensure product consistency and cleanliness.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least 2 years of previous manufacturing or machine operation experience required

The hours are Mon-Fri 6AM-6PM. This schedule is 20 hours of mandatory overtime. So on a weekly basis, your pay is $1,260/week.
