About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Restoration Estimator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in property restoration and a strong command of Xactimate software. You’ll be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for residential and commercial restoration projects, collaborating with insurance adjusters, and supporting project execution from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections to assess damage from water, fire, mold, or storm events
• Develop detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams to finalize scopes of work
• Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure profitability and efficiency
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with industry standards
• Assist in project planning and subcontractor coordination

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in restoration estimating or insurance adjusting
• Proficiency in Xactimate software (required)
• Strong understanding of restoration processes and insurance protocols
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• IICRC certification or similar credentials (preferred)
