Commercial Mover 

Location: Wauwatosa, WI

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Mover to join our moving and logistics team. This position plays a key role in safely moving, handling, and transporting customer assets while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Ideal candidates are team‑oriented, physically capable, and committed to providing high‑quality service.

Position Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Complete assigned moving, lifting, loading, unloading, pushing, carrying, packing, and unpacking tasks while using proper safety techniques.
• Handle customer assets with a high level of care to prevent damage to items and property. 
• Follow all directions from crew leads and supervisors; communicate any urgent concerns or questions promptly. 
• Maintain a professional, polite, and positive demeanor with customers, coworkers, and the public. 
• Arrive on time and properly uniformed for every scheduled shift. 
• Operate moving equipment safely and only for its intended purpose.
• Assist drivers with pre‑ and post‑shift truck procedures, including equipment checks, loading/unloading, and guiding vehicles into docks. 
• Maintain clean job sites and vehicle interiors. 
• Drive non‑CDL vehicles such as passenger vans or box trucks to and from job sites; help secure loads.
• Complete any required paperwork for vehicle inspections and job orders. 

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor such as bending, climbing, pulling, and carrying. 
• Reliable transportation to and from work. 
• Valid driver’s license meeting insurance requirements. 
• Eligibility to work in the United States. 
• Flexible availability, including 1st shift, occasional evenings, weekends, and out‑of‑town assignments. 
• Ability to comply with drug and alcohol policies. 
• High school diploma or GED preferred. 
• Prior moving or related industry experience preferred but not required.
