Accounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Santa Monica, CA– Onsite
Compensation: $30-$33/hr (Direct Hire)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our established AR team of six. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid billing and reporting experience who enjoys problem-solving, collaborating with a team, and contributing to the success of a stable organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and review daily invoices – each billing is unique and requires accuracy, research, and attention to detail
• Reconcile and balance AR reports regularly
• Support month-end close (occasional 1–2 hours beyond normal schedule; no heavy overtime required)
• Collaborate with AR team members and management to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes

Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of accounts receivable, billing, or accounting experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to research and resolve discrepancies independently
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Great Plains experience a plus
• Team-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
