Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sewing Machine Operator to join our production team. The primary responsibility for this role is sewing labels and patches onto garments in a high-volume manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in fast-paced sewing operations who can maintain consistency and quality under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial sewing machines to attach labels and patches to garments
  • Maintain speed and accuracy in a high-volume production setting
  • Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a high-volume production sewing environment preferred
  • Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ Years experience in sewing or related textile production preferred
  • Familiarity with different fabric types and sewing techniques
  • Spanish Speaker preferred 
Schedule:
Weekdays Monday-Friday 5 AM-1:40 PM
