We are currently hiring for a MIG/TIG Welder. This position is direct hire with full benefits.

JOB MISSION: To perform consistent and quality weldments in line with the requirements while communicating and working hand-in-hand with the appropriate personnel within the production department in order to develop processes, fixtures and other relevant requirements for each project.
WORK PERFORMED / RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Independently complete MIG\TIG welding projects according to drawing and\or specification requirements.
? Ability to tread drawings\blueprints
? Ability to develop welding process (steps) to complete all requirements while ensuring the minimum weld penetrate depth is met while eliminating distortion and warpage.
? Must be able to produce consistently high-quality results
? Report daily production numbers against the work orders issued
? Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment
? Ensure compliance to the prescribed QMS processes
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:
? Experience welding steel
? Ability to read & interpret drawings \ blueprints.
? Able to work independently as well as in a team.
? Time management skills.
? Attention to details.
EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES DESIRED:
? Experience in welding stainless and\or aluminum.
? Experience in TIG\MIG welding.
? Experience measuring parts with various hand tools such as calipers.
? Awareness/knowledge of processes related to CNC, milling and turning, sheet metal fabrication & heat treatment.

Pay: $25-$33/hr.

M-F 7am to 4pm
