Technical Operator
Location: Santa Clarita, CA 
Pay: $22–$30/hr
1st Shift M–F (OT on Saturday)

We are hiring Technical Operators for our client. This role involves operating and maintaining production equipment/packaging lines, ensuring quality standards, and performing preventative maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor machines for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot, adjust, and repair equipment as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections
• Report and escalate issues to supervisors/leads
• Follow cGMP and keep work areas clean and safe

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLC-controlled equipment
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Knowledge of production machines and processes
• Ability to work on your feet and handle equipment safely
