CNC Operator

Salary: $21-23+/hour DOE

West Bend Wood Manufacturing company looking for CNC Operators in their Edge Banding Department! Looking for an opportunity to thrive, this is your stop!

• Paid Time Off is earned and taken on a calendar year basis, prorated during the first year of employment, and based on a 40-hour work week. New employees will begin to accrue PTO immediately but must complete 90 days of employment before they are eligible to use PTO days.

Key duties and responsibilities may include:

• Read production fixture drawings and cut items per drawing
• Operates most production machinery including Rover, Weeke, Saw, Komo and Edge banders
• Performs tool changes and set up 

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good Attendance
• Must have steel toes

Job Specifications:

• Pay Range: $21-23+/hour DOE
• Shift(s): 1st shift
• Hours: 5am-1:30pm
