Key Responsibilities
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floor surfaces
• Empty trash and recycling according to procedures
• Refill supplies such as paper products and soap
• Follow safety guidelines and cleaning protocols
• Report maintenance needs or safety concerns promptly

Qualifications
• Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
• Dependable, punctual, and professional mindset
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout shift
