We are seeking experienced Reach Truck Operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team in the Richmond area. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and skilled in operating reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move, stack, and organize materials efficiently.

Operate a reach truck to move products, pallets, and materials within the warehouse.
Load and unload trucks, stack pallets, and transport inventory to designated locations.
Maintain accuracy in all product movements and inventory handling.
Inspect equipment before and after each shift to ensure proper operation.
Follow all safety rules and warehouse procedures.
Assist with general warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and staging when needed.
Previous experience operating a reach truck required.
Valid forklift or reach truck certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance required.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
