Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC & Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at a local hotel in the Texarkana, TX/AR area. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in HVAC and general facilities maintenance. HVAC certification is preferred. This full-time day-shift position offers competitive pay and benefits after 90 days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC systems.

• Conduct general facilities maintenance, including drywall repairs, electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring.

• Inspect and maintain HVAC equipment, including air handlers, compressors, chillers, and ductwork.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.

• Follow safety protocols and company procedures.

• Assist with other hotel maintenance tasks as needed.

• Communicate with management regarding system status, repair needs, and completed work.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC and general facilities maintenance.

• HVAC certification preferred.

• Skilled in drywall, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and flooring.

• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
