Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for moving, loading, and unloading materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring efficient warehouse operations. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

• Load, unload, move, and stack products and materials as directed.

• Inspect forklifts daily and perform basic maintenance checks.

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management.

• Follow all company and OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe workplace.

• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production and delivery schedules.

• Maintain accurate documentation of product movement and material handling activities.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution environment.

• Valid forklift certification/license preferred.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks in various environments.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
