A manufacturing company in Fenton, MO is hiring a Production & Sanitation Team Member. Great fit for mechanically inclined candidates who want steady work, hands-on training, and a clean, safety-focused environment.
Mon–Thu: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Production)
Fri: Production (AM) + Sanitation (PM)
Work in a fast-paced production environment
Load/unload trucks; shipping & receiving
Follow SOPs to manufacture product
Operate automated box-making systems
Use drum lifter for 50-gallon drums
Train on electric sit-down forklift (certification provided)
Identify equipment issues using mechanical awareness
Keep work area clean and organized
Enter and clean holding tanks using hot water/steam wand
Sanitize and test tanks for Monday production
Must be comfortable in confined spaces (tank entry required)
Waterproof boots/PPE provided
1–3 years in production, warehouse, or sanitation
Mechanically inclined; able to spot equipment issues
Lift 55 lbs repeatedly; stand for long periods
Comfortable in confined spaces
Follow OSHA, GMP, and safety protocols
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, positive, team-oriented attitude
On-the-job training (production, sanitation, forklift, safety)
