Express Employment Professionals – Canton is hiring Packers for our bakery client in Navarre. This growing facility produces breads, buns, and sweet bakery products enjoyed throughout the region. No experience is required — our client provides full training to motivated individuals. Candidates must be available for any shift, as shift assignment occurs at orientation.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare dough for bread, buns, and sweet treats
• Perform visual inspections on bakery products
• Support production tasks across various departments
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines
• Work assigned shifts and adapt to changing production needs

Qualifications

• Must be available for any shift (assignment at orientation)
• Ability to stand, lift, and move throughout an 8-hour shift
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
