Salary: $19/hr

We are seeking a Warehouse associate for a manufacturing company in Leominster, MA. This role handles shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling to ensure accurate, timely, and organized warehouse operation.

 

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment, verifying counts and accuracy.
• Load, unload, and move materials using hand trucks and other equipment.
• Receive and inspect incoming goods, compare against purchase orders, and document discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts, restock shelves, and maintain organized inventory records.
• Process returns and damaged items, making repairs or re-boxing when required.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and well-organized while meeting shipping deadlines.

 

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience.
• Knowledge of standard warehouse operations, safety procedures, and basic equipment use.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and repeatedly lift 50+ lbs, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout the day.
