Salary: $16.00-$18.00

Pay: $16–$18/hr (Based on Experience) – Weekly Pay, Every Friday
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 6:15 AM – 4:30 PM (Varied Hours + Overtime)

Position Overview

Join a local concrete manufacturer producing high-quality pre-cast concrete products in a heavy construction environment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, teamwork, and craftsmanship while contributing to daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a production team to meet daily output targets

• Mix, transport, and pour concrete into prepared forms

• Operate overhead cranes for larger loads and perform heavy lifting

• Use trowels and finishing tools to smooth and shape concrete surfaces

• Apply stains, sealants, and waterproofing products as required

• Maintain punctuality, reliability, and adherence to safety protocols

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in construction, concrete, or manufacturing preferred

• Ability to perform heavy physical labor in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment

• Safety-conscious, dependable, and a strong team player

• Willingness to work overtime when needed
