Pay: $33.50

Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Support packaging operations by creating and maintaining accurate specifications, organizing technical data, and ensuring consistency across packaging processes. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, and detail-oriented with an interest in packaging materials and documentation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and internal databases to create packaging information and support day-to-day packaging activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in the creation, formatting, and maintenance of packaging specifications and technical documentation.
• Collect and organize packaging component data from inventory screening, packaging trials, and supplier inputs.
• Support the documentation of packaging materials, components, and performance attributes.
• Assist in updating documents and inventory transfer for packaging stock.
• Help ensure accuracy and consistency across packaging databases and specification systems.

Experience:

• Experience in technical documentation, data collection, and knowledge of packaging components is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with technical data.
• Strong organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and work independently with minimal supervision.
