We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. No English required – Spanish is OK.
Work Schedules & Pay Rates
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment safely and efficiently
Package, label, and palletize products according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety guidelines
Assist with quality checks and report any issues to supervisors
Perform other general production duties as assigned
Requirements:
Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred (food production a plus)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and ability to work scheduled shifts
No English needed – Spanish-speaking candidates welcome
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
