Facilities and Building Maintenance Tech

Located in Redmond, WA

Salary: $25.00-$30.00 DOE

Facility Technician Job Duties:

• Building and ground maintenance
• Basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry,
• Performs repairs, general upkeep, and preventative maintenance on the factory building
• Create and provide well organized documentation of work tasks and contribute to the overall maintenance record keeping. Maintain records of maintenance tasks completed and materials used.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM

Qualifications:

• 2-4 year of facilities maintenance experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment for repairs.
• Knowledge of safety procedures for tools and general maintenance.
• Stamina to deal with long hours standing or walking
• Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
• Ability to work in extreme hot or cold conditions
• Organizational and time management skills
• Computer literate

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
