Position: Welder-Fitter

Position Summary
Worked as an experienced Welder Fitter responsible for fitting and assembling large-diameter water pipes in a production environment. This direct-hire role required strong fabrication skills, precision welding abilities, and the flexibility to work a 2nd-shift schedule including every other weekend.

Key Responsibilities:
-Fit, align, and assemble large-diameter water pipes according to specifications and blueprints.
- Perform welding tasks while maintaining structural accuracy, proper measurements, and safety standards.
- Operate fabrication tools, welding equipment, and measuring devices to ensure high-quality workmanship.
- Assist with setup, adjustments, and preparation of materials before welding or fitting operations.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and adhere to company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and quality inspectors to meet production goals.

Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of Welder Fitter or Boilermaker experience.
- Ability to pass a welding test demonstrating proficiency.
- Flexibility to work required 2nd-shift hours and alternating weekend schedules.
- Capability to pass background check, physical exam, and 4-panel drug screening.
