Customer Care Specialist I

Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Pay: $20–$22/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Assist customers with questions, quotes, and reservations
• Record customer interactions in Salesforce and other systems
• Support team members with larger or escalated issues
• Meet individual performance goals for response time, call quality, and accuracy
• Report and escalate major issues following company policies
• Maintain attendance, reliability, and adherence to scheduling guidelines
• Develop and strengthen skills for career growth within the company

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–1 year of customer service experience (retail, call center, or office environment)
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Comfortable entering information into computer systems

• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
